Well I've embraced modern technology and have finally given up on my temperamental 80 year old Singers and got myself a new electric one which I've had fun playing around with making some vintage inspired pieces!

Rule Britannia! Britannia rules the waves...

I used to be somewhat addicted to buying magazines. It got to a point where

I was buying up to 4 mags a week. They were totally unnecessary but to be

fair they did help to beat my "mid-week blues" at College. But the

only mag that I ever actually read every page of was Company

and now it's the only magazine I ever buy!

Plus some of you may remember I blogged about Company back in January

If you've never read it I really suggest you do, it has everything from

Fashion to Homes, Real Life to Crafts...

Plus it occasionally has it's fair share of Georgey Lamb ;-)

The October issue was "The British Issue" and it really inspired

me to get making all things Britannia!

Hello I'm Laura...

Hello to anyone actually reading this, I'm Laura. I've just turned 18 and therefore I have decided I may as well set up this little blog to show some of my work!
