Just a quick 'un...

I'm not very good at this whole "blogging" thing am I?! Sorry, but in my defence the dongle is to blame! Anyone who has had to suffer with using a dongle will feel my pain!

Anywho just a quick update today to let you all know that I'll be at Sutton Vintage and Arts Fair on Sunday 13th March at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall. I'm rather excited to have my first stall and I've been busy making lots of things which I will (hopefully) blog about tomorrow depending on whether the dongle has a good day ;-)

Hope to see some of you there!

And a "shoe update" from the last post! The Clothes Show was wonderful as per, the male models were on top form! But..... prepare yourselves..... There was no Irregular Choice store this year :-( Me and my sister we rather gutted! But fear not, my sister got me the gorgeous shoes for Christmas :-) :-) :-) YEY!

Also a special hello to Vintage Vixen, seen as my mother got to say that to you in person today!! She's still telling me about your meeting, you are officially a celeb ;-)

And finally HAPPY 2011 to all my lovely followers!!

1 December 2010

It's the most wonderful time of the year...

It's the 1st December!! Which means that Christmas is just round the corner! I just LOVE December and not just because it's my birthday then Christmas... Well partly because it's my birthday then Christmas ;-) but mostly because December always seems almost magical. Christmas carols, twinkling lights and (by the looks of it this year) plenty of snow and boy have we had snow! We've had a fair few inches and it shows no sign of stopping, fortunately I've invested in a pair of grippy wellies (well £3 from a car boot) so hopefully there won't be any repeats of last time, ha!

Friday I'm off to the wonderful Clothes Show Live at the Birmigham NEC. Me and my sister have been going every year for the past 4 years and it just seems to get better and better! Last year will take some beating though especially my meeting with the delightful George Lamb ;-) If you've never been I definitely recommend going, they have loads of gorgeous stalls from big brand names to handmade boutiques and a vintage fair! Our first visit is usually the Irregular Choice stall, where we ogle all the gorgeous shoes before deciding which pair (or pairs ;-)) to treat ourselves to! Especially when there's up to 50% discount, it'd be rude not to! This year I've got my eye on these beauties so fingers crossed they have them.
Thank you for all the lovely comments on the last post, hope you're all having fun in the snow!
